We hope you love your jewellery. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced jewellery within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original packaging is included

The return request must be approved prior to sending the item back. Once approved, please provide us with the shipping label or tracking details so we can monitor the return.
For hygiene and quality reasons, earrings, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or refund, unless deemed faulty under consumer law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
